Night Time in Nature – Poem by Lola Hornof

Looking out the window,

Pitch black night,

A sliver of the moon,

Lightening bugs sporadically lighting up,

A howl of the coyote in the distance,

Peaceful tranquility,

Frogs chirping far off,

A cool breeze blows through,

This is how nighttime is supposed to be,

Perfect silence,

With nature all around.
