How to Subscribe to an iCal Calendar

An iCal calendar subscription allows you to add an online calendar to your personal device so events automatically appear and stay up to date.

If you choose to subscribe, any future events added to the calendar (such as meetings, workshops, or special events) will update automatically for you.

This is optional. Many members prefer to simply check the event schedule on the website. The instructions below are for those who like calendar reminders.

Please note: Clicking the calendar link below will download a calendar subscription file. If you are not familiar with this, you may want to skip this option and continue using the website schedule instead.

Calendar Subscription Link

Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  • iPhone / iPad: Go to Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar. Paste the calendar link, give it a name, and tap Save.
  • Mac: Open the Calendar app, go to File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, name the calendar, and choose how often it should refresh.

Android (Google Calendar)

Important: This must be done on a desktop or laptop computer. It cannot be added from a mobile device.

  • Go to Google Calendar on a computer.
  • Open Settings.
  • Select Add and Import.
  • Choose From URL.
  • Paste the calendar link and click Add Calendar.

Other Calendar Apps (Outlook, etc.)

  • Outlook: Look for an option such as “Subscribe from URL” or “Add calendar from internet,” then paste the link.
  • Other apps: Most calendar applications have a similar option called “Add Subscribed Calendar” or “Add from URL.” Refer to the app’s help documentation if needed.
